Our ironing services are extremely affordable. We charge £10 per hour*, chargeable in quarter hour blocks. *Minimum charge £19.25...

Do you require a minimum order value? Minimum order of £19.25
Which areas do we cover? We cover all areas of Bishop Auckland as shown in the map here. Any areas outside of Bishop Auckland will be subject to an additional charge confirmed when booking.
Is there a charge for collection and delivery? If you live within a 5 mile radius of Bishop Auckland , there is no charge for collection and delivery. We can also collect and deliver outside of the 5 mile radius at a small extra cost. Give us a call to organise arrangements on 07368803141 
What is your standard turnaround time on ironing? Our standard turnover time is within 48 hours, however we can provide 24 hour turnaround if requested.
When do we collect and deliver ironing? We are collecting and delivering every day between 8:00am – 8:00pm, but we will talk to you what time works best for you.
How do I pay for my ironing service? Only once ironing is completed will payment be asked for. Payment in full is due the same day of delivery of your ironing. Via bank transfer and we provide bank details when booking your delivery.
What happens if I am not in when my ironing is collected or delivered? We will always arrange our collections and deliveries at a suitable time for you during our collection and delivery hours of 8:00am-8:00pm. However if you are not in we will be happy to call back again, however, we do have to ask from you a small charge of £5 for each additional trips made.
How should I prepare and pack my clothes for ironing? Please fold all clothes, do not stuff, into a bag or a basket that you would like them returned in. If you wash your clothes with fabric softener and not over dry them, they will be easier to iron perfectly.
Do you supply hangers? In order to keep our costs down, we request that you supply your own hangers with each load.
Do you supply protective garment covers? Many of our clients prefer their shirts, dresses and t-shirts etc to be covered. we use protective garment covers as standard to keep your clothes protected during transportation. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you hang or fold the ironed clothes? This is down to personal preference. Generally speaking, our clients choose to have shirts, blouses, skirts and trousers etc hung, with T shirts and other smaller items folded. It must be remembered, however, that the time taken to fold a shirt adds to the overall cost of the ironing load and also introduces unwanted creases.
Where are the clothes ironed? The clothes are ironed in a clean and smoke free environment.
What if I only want a one off service? We provide one off, regular weekly/fortnightly and monthly services and each will be treated with the same professional standard.

Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right not to iron certain items, such as dirty, damaged or shiny items. These items will be returned unironed to avoid misunderstanding.All adult garments such as shirts,blouses are returned on hangers unless otherwise requested.Any items that are not put on hangers will be neatly folded and placed back in the bag once ironed.All ironing is done in a clean, smoke free, environment to ensure the freshness of your laundry.In the unlikely event of items becoming damaged during ironing our compensation for the value of the item is limited up to a maximum of £40.If a customer is not home at the mutually agreed collection or delivery time, we reserve the right to charge £5 compensation.Payment in full is due on delivery of your ironing.
